MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER

Anna

Hi I am Anna, a 29-year-old photographer from a small town in South Carolina called Hampton, now living in Ridgeland with my wonderful husband, Jonathan, and our adorable son, who we welcomed in March 2023 and our daughter, who we welcomed in May 2025.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, and I am constantly inspired by the people, moments, and places around me. I'm obsessed with capturing authentic moments and making people laugh along the way. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me outdoors enjoying nature or having fun with my family.

I graduated from Trident Tech College in Charleston, SC with an Associate's in Commercial Graphic Design, and I'm a self-taught photographer who thrives on creating content that stands out from the crowd. I believe in making each session unique, fun, and personal – getting to know you and your vision is just as important as capturing the perfect shot!

I can't wait to work with you and help bring your story to life through photography.

xx,
Anna

MATCHA CONNOISSEUR

If there’s a matcha on the menu, you can bet I’m ordering it…iced, with vanilla, and cold foam on top. My favorite spots? Under the Oaks or Urban Brew. They just get it right every time. A little matcha in hand is my version of creative fuel before a shoot.

SAHM MOM

Being a mom is the most important title I’ll ever hold. I have two amazing kids who keep me laughing, moving, and seeing the beauty in everyday life. They’ve taught me patience, joy, and how to treasure the fleeting moments, which is exactly why I love capturing yours.

OBSESSED WITH OUTDOORS

If I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably chasing a sunset on the water, fly fishing, or spending the day hunting. Being outside keeps me grounded and inspired, it’s where I feel most alive. My favorite moments are simple ones: salty air, wide open skies, and my family by my side.

BEING ON THE GO!

Whether it’s a quick road trip or hopping on a plane, I love discovering new places and fresh backdrops. Traveling keeps my creativity flowing and adds a spark of adventure to everything I do. Bonus points if the journey includes breathtaking views and good matcha along the way.

  • YES! That's completely up to you! If you have something that you want to infuse into your shoot, you are more than welcome to bring it. I know that there are lots of photos where people bring blankets, set up a picnic, float on a boat, etc. If you have the items and wish to use them in your shoot, let's do it!

PETS?! YES BRING THEM! I will be mad if you don’t!

  • No, dates are not considered secured until a contract is signed and retainer is paid. A date is considered open until all steps are completed.

  • Well, yes and no. You will receive a print release with your images. You will be able to download the photos straight off your online gallery sent to you via email. You will be able to print, and share your photos however you want! The photos are now yours. However, I retain the copyright for the images. • Whatever you feel comfortable in! My philosophy is, the more comfortable you feel, the better the photos will come out! I want everyone to have fun during their shoot and you can't have quite as much fun if you're worrying that your skirt is too see through or your shirt too tight. Wear something that you've worn before and nothing too crazy that will date the photos. Try to stay away from being too matchy-matchy or anything that is too bright (neon) or shirts with thin stripes. You're more than welcome to change your clothes during the shoot. I think that one dressier outfit and then another that is more casual works best for shoots.

  • I am very laid back and go with the flow. I’ll capture you as you are so if your kids are wild, don’t worry. I love a mix of candid real-life images along with posed ones.

I’D love TO HEAR FROM you!
